You can view your usage online at any time in the customer zone. Select the phone number in the overview to see your usage and the remaining calling minutes and mobile data in your bundles. You can also view your bundles and usage using the JIM Mobile app.
Do you not have an internet connection or want to save on data? Text CONSULT to 1984. You will receive a text message with the status of your calling credit and your data usage for the current period.
Note: usage abroad (roaming) may not be immediately viewable because this is sometimes passed on to us by the foreign provider at a later time. So, please take into account that the actual costs may vary.
