On 29/10/2017, Telenet Group transferred all JIM Mobile customers to Unleashed nv, which is part of the MEDIALAAN Group (owner of VTM, Q2, Vitaya, Qmusic, etc.). From that point onwards, JIM Mobile customers ceased to be on the same user platform as BASE customers, such that certain settings are changed. However, you can re-enter your VISA or MasterCard details in the customer zone.
