On 29/10/2017, Telenet Group transferred all JIM Mobile customers to Unleashed nv, which is part of the MEDIALAAN Group (owner of VTM, Q2, Vitaya, Qmusic, etc.). From that point onwards, JIM Mobile customers ceased to be on the same user platform as BASE customers, such that certain features ceased to be available. You can always check your calling credit in your customer zone, on the JIM Mobile app, or by texting CONSULT to 1984.
