How do I check my data usage?

At any time, you can check your usage online in your customer zone. Select the phone number in the overview to see your usage and the remaining calling minutes and mobile data in your packages.

You can also view your packages and usage using the JIM Mobile app.

Or, you can text CONSULT to 1984. You will receive a text message with the status of your calling credit and your data usage.

If you have multiple SIM cards in your account (i.e. under the same email address), select the phone number for which you want to check your usage.
