Why are there no free calling minutes to JIM Mobile when I top up for € 5?

You may not receive free calling minutes when you top up for € 5, but from now on you will only pay 8 cents per minute instead of 30 cents per minute. This is almost four times cheaper than the previous standard rates. As of 11/1/2018, your € 5 allows you to call for 62.5 minutes instead of only 16 minutes.
