How do I find out how much of my discount bundle I have used?

You can do this in different ways.

• Check your usage in your customer zone
• Check your usage in the JIM Mobile app on your smartphone
• You can text CONSULT to 1984 and you will receive a summary of your details.

In addition, you will also receive an alert text message when your discount bundle has (almost/completely) expired.

Note: there may be a delay in the displayed information.
