It is not legally permitted to transfer a prepaid card to another person. An exception to that rule is an application for someone else or an application as a legal entity. Transferring a number to another service provider is the same. This is always based on the service provider, phone number, and SIM card number. When transferring a number from another service provider to a JIM Mobile prepaid card, the first payment must be made using a Belgian means of payment.
