How do I cancel my subscription and will it cost me anything?

It’s a shame you are considering cancelling your JIM Mobile subscription. There is no minimum contract period, so you can cancel at any time. Note: the last bundle started will be charged in full. You do so by using the settings in the customer zone. Note: the bundles in your subscription will expire once you cancel.

Do you want to transfer your phone number to a different provider? Then follow the instructions from the new provider. They will take care of the number transfer.

Do you want to delete your phone number? If so, contact the JIM Mobile helpdesk by email (info@jimmobile.be) or call the free number 1984.
