How do I create an account in the customer zone?

You do this automatically when you request a JIM Mobile SIM card online. Have you received a JIM Mobile SIM card, but do not yet have an account? If that's the case, create your account online. Have your smartphone at hand because we will text you a verification code.

Note: if you have multiple SIM cards under a single email address, only one account is required.
