What can I see in the customer zone?

In the customer zone, you can manage your JIM Mobile SIM card(s): top up a prepaid card, view and pay your invoices/payment invitations for your subscriptions, etc. In addition, you can view your usage in detail, change details, such as your address, and adjust your settings to indicate what notifications you want to receive from us. We also retain useful info in the customer zone, such as your SIM card number and PUK code.

If you have multiple SIM cards, select the SIM card phone number which you want to top up or access information of.
