My SIM card has been blocked because an invoice/payment invitation hasn't been paid. What now?

In the customer zone, among other things, you can pay your open balance using the KBC payment button. As soon as this is done, your SIM card will be automatically unblocked. Paying with a bank transfer? Take into account that this can take three working days to be processed. Want to unblock your SIM card? Then send your payment receipt to, and call our help desk on the free number 1984.
