I need to replace my SIM card. How do I request a replacement SIM card?

Are you a JIM Mobile customer and do you need a new JIM Mobile SIM card because it is broken or stolen? Or, simply because it will no longer fit in your smartphone? That’s unfortunate. Not a problem though. You can use the customer zone (My settings/SIM card info) to easily request a replacement SIM card. Note: if your current SIM card is stolen/lost, it will be automatically blocked.
