How do I check my usage?

You can view your usage at any time in the customer zone or via the JIM Mobile app. Of course, you can always text CONSULT to 1984. You will receive a text message with the status of your calling credit and your data usage.

If you have a subscription, we also add a detailed overview of your usage for the billing period to each invoice/payment invitation.
